We are back! This week Joined by one of my fellow coaches at PEAQ Performance in Josh O'Gorman. Josh grew up loving basketball, he discusses the improtance of one of his junior coaches and what he taught him and how he now tries to provide that guidance to his athletes.
We also discuss mental health and the impotenace of seeking help when you need it.
