This week we are joined by Physiotherapist Kailey Payne! Kailey has basically done it all, from working in elite sport ( AFLW head physio and multiple roles at other AFL teams) Gone over seas to work with teams, completed her masters at La Trobe university in Melbourne, while now currently working at private practice. Kailey has a wealth of knowledge and goes above and beyond for her clients. Listen to her speak all things physio, her reasoning as to why a reconstruction for ACL is beneficial and helping athletes best manage rehab!
