This week we have a special guest on the show! Former WCE now Fremantle Docker in the AFLW, Tarnee Tester joins us! Tarnee used to train at Ludus and will always be a friend to us here at the gym. Between the two of us we've been on quite a journey and have played plenty of footy together. She's had to ride plenty of pain along with a lot of highs on her journey, we discuss the importance of family, some of the challenges she has faced, the satisfaction and pride she gets out of having reached the pinnacle of football and what is next for her!
